Season Finales

So Warrick getting killed in the final minutes of CSI was less shocking to me than who pulled the trigger.
Do you have a favorite season-ending moment from this year?
Back in the day of classic prime-time soaps (think Knots Landing) they called 'em cliff-hangers.
I remember the Dynasty cliff-hanger where John Forsythe's Blake Carrington was literally dangling over the edge of a cliff... but I digress...
This season, even though Desperate Housewives touted their finale as "the one you'll be talking about all summer" (um, who cares if Susan has a new guy five years from now - this surprises me how? ~ however, I do want to find a YouTube clip of Gabby and her chubby little chicas -- that one made me LAUGH!), but overall the DH finale didn't make me say "damn it's how many months til the next episode?" Not like classic Knots, which always had me in Knots over the summer until the spring they went off the air, then I wished I had a summer to be in cul-de-sackian suspense... but again, I digress...
The shocker for me this season, I guess, was in the final moments of CSI:Miami last night. Not that Horatio took a bullet - we saw him lying face down on the tarmac in previews all week - but that Wolfe might be in cahoots with the bad guys on this one. Is it just some bizarro coincidence that he received a text message saying "it's done" right after H was shot - or did our boy Ryan actually align himself with the baddies?

CSI

Tomorrow night on CSI, the writers from the sitcom Two And A Half Men take over, in what promises to be an interesting episode of the series. Plus, the guest-star is Katey Sagal, who recently turned in an excellent guest performance on my guilty pleasure Eli Stone.
I watched the Two And A Half Men episode written by the CSI writing staff the other night, and it was amusing. I'm NOT a fan of that sitcom (and am amazed that it is the highest-rated sitcom) however, I do love the amazing Holland Taylor. The episode had me chuckling a few times, and the guest stars Robert Wagner and Jenny McCarthy, along with the CSI-send-up theme, a cameo by the sexy George Eads, and the clearly-Catherine Willows-esque investigator made it worth while.
